Small Stars Program: Birth Years 2023-2021

Our Small Stars program is geared toward introducing the basic skills of the game in an organized setting and fun environment. The program will be directed by our Coaching Director Tyler Turner with help from paid coaches SSC hires.
There will be 1 session for 45 minutes with the choice of Wednesday or Friday.  

 This fee will be $130.00 and includes a Soccer Club T-Shirt.

Academy Program: Birth Years 2020-2019

 
Our Academy program is geared toward developing the individual soccer skills of young players interested in becoming Travel players along with introducing positions and working with teammates. 

The program will be directed by our Coaching Director Tyler Turner with help from paid coaches SSC hires.

There will be 2 sessions per week Tuesday's practice day and game day is on Thursday)  
 
The fee will be $195.00 per player - includes Soccer Club T-Shirt.

 
Travel Program: Birth Years 2011-2018

(2 - 1 ½ hour practices/week between 5:30p - 8:30p M-F - Games are typically on weekends at either Rec Park or other towns in state)

* Specialized separate goalkeeping training and various skills clinics may also be provided.
 
The fee will be $375.00 for 1st Child, $50.00 discount for second child. Uniform is a separate charge.

IMPORTANT Uniform INFO (TRAVEL PLAYERS ONLY) - 

ALL Spring players (who do not already have a uniform kit) will need to order one.  The kit includes: 2 shirts, one practice shirt, shorts and pair of socks, approx. $180, and are on www.soccer.com, A link to order will be sent after teams are formed and uniform numbers are assigned. We will be using the kit purchased in the Fall 24 Season.  

Uniforms will change to a different style/manufacture for the Fall 2026

In-House Rec Program:  Birth Years 2012-2018

This is a newer program to the SSC , that continues to grow for players who do not wish to, or are not ready for the commitment and competitiveness of our travel side.  There will be 1 - 1 hour practice / week 
( Monday)  and one game on Saturday morning's.  Teams will be formed based on the number of players registered in an age group. This is a Co-Ed program.  Also the program will be directed by our Coaching Director Tyler Turner with help from paid coaches SSC hires.

 The fee will be $195.00 per player 

Southington Soccer Club is committed to providing athletes the opportunity to develop skills essential to growth in the sport of soccer and to inspire each player to a lifelong enjoyment of the game. SSC Programs are run by Tyler Turner, Tyler is a Former Professional Player, having played for several MLS teams and US National Teams.   Tyler, along with our coaching staff, will develop players in the technical, tactical, physical, and psychological components of the game, and they will also teach the importance of commitment, good sportsmanship, teamwork, respect for self and others.
