Wednesday January 23rd 6:00pm - 8:00pm @ Rec Park Field House

Registration Requirements: 

• Registration Form - All players will need to have a registration form (located on the bottom of this page) filled out or fill one out at time of sign up. Please provide your email address on the registration form for communication purposes.
• Photo ID - New players and U11 and older who did not play for SSC in the 2012 Fall season, need to be in attendance for photos.  These photos are needed for players passes. 
• Birth Certificate: Copy for New players or those under 10 only (copy will not be returned). 

Note: Tryouts/Placements for U11 and up may be necessary for the Travel Program depending on number of players per age group.
